The registered office address you receive is Boulevard Bischoffsheim 39 bte 4, 1000 Brussels. This is the address that appears in your articles of association, on your invoices, and in all your official correspondence with the Belgian administrations.
Location
Postcode 1000 is the historic and administrative centre of the Brussels-Capital Region. It is where the European institutions, the federal administrations and the head offices of many international companies sit. An address in that postcode reads immediately, to your partners, your clients and anyone who looks you up.

On presentation of a Bpost proxy card in your company's name, we receive and process your registered mail the same way. Bailiff documents are served by hand. That kind of mail needs a fast response, because appeal periods start running from the date of service, so we process it the day it arrives.
Your original mail is kept in an individual pigeonhole in your company's name at our offices. You can collect it without an appointment during opening hours, or have it forwarded to an address of your choice (postage charged separately).

What is business domiciliation in Belgium?
Business domiciliation is the service where a company uses the address of a provider registered with the SPF Économie as the official address of its registered office, instead of a private address or a physical office.
Under Belgian law, every company must have a registered office recorded with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE). That address appears in your articles of association, on your official documents and on your invoices, and it is publicly searchable. It does not have to be a place where the company carries out any physical activity. That is where domiciliation comes in.
Who is domiciliation at YELOMEX for?
Any Belgian company or association, any subsidiary, branch or representative office that wants an address at the centre of Europe without carrying the cost of one, and any entrepreneur who needs to receive mail while abroad.
Can I domicile my company before it is incorporated?
Yes. You can subscribe with YELOMEX before signing at the notary. The address is issued so it can appear in your articles of association at incorporation. Your VAT number can be added later, once the company is registered.
Is YELOMEX registered with the SPF Économie?
YELOMEX is registered with the SPF Économie as an accredited domiciliation provider under the law of 29 March 2018 on the registration of company service providers, and was among the first providers registered in Belgium for this service. You can check the list of registered providers in the SPF Économie public register.
What that guarantees for you:

The address is recognised by the BCE for incorporation and for changes to your articles of association.

Registration for domiciliation is only granted to a provider that holds premises with a room where your company's management bodies can meet, and that can legitimately occupy those premises. That is a legal condition under Article 6 § 4, not a marketing claim.

YELOMEX applies KYC and AML rules strictly, which means an active duty of vigilance against money laundering and terrorist financing (law of 18 September 2017).

Putting your private address in your articles of association is legal. But it becomes publicly searchable through the BCE, so anyone can find where you live from your enterprise number. It also blurs the line between your business and your private life, and it creates work if you move: a change to the articles, notary fees, and publication in the Moniteur Belge.
Renting an office gives you a real presence and a significant financial commitment: a commercial lease, service charges, insurance. For a company that is starting out, a freelancer, or a holding company with no staff on site, that is rarely justified.
Domiciliation gives you a credible business address, a controlled cost, and no public link to your home. It is what most self-employed professionals, single-shareholder SRLs, property holdings and foreign companies establishing in Belgium choose.
If you run several companies: domiciliation lets you give multiple entities the same registered office address without multiplying rents or creating confusion with a private address.
