Purpose of these general terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions set out the conditions of use of the services offered by YELOMEX, a company providing registered office domiciliation, meeting space, and mail handling for companies and self-employed professionals. By using YELOMEX's services, the user expressly accepts these terms.
Description of services
YELOMEX provides the following services:
Registered office domiciliation: provision of an administrative address for a company's registered office.
Mail handling:
Option 1: reception and scanning of mail, forwarded digitally by email.
Option 2: held for collection, mail collected at our offices.
Option 3: weekly or monthly postal forwarding.
Provision of meeting rooms: rooms equipped with IT equipment and an internet connection.
Conditions of use of the services
Access to the services

The services are accessible after signature of a contract, submission of the required documents, and payment of the amounts due.

Subscription is reserved for natural persons or legally constituted legal entities.
Client undertakings
The client undertakes:

To provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Not to use the services for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public morality.

To inform YELOMEX of any change to their status or address.
Duration of the contract
The service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by a simple email.
YELOMEX reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally in the event of a breach of these terms.
Pricing and payment
Base packages:

Registered office domiciliation with mail handling: €60 excl. VAT per month.

Establishment unit domiciliation: €110 excl. VAT (one-off payment).
Payment terms:
Payments are due monthly or according to the agreed frequency.
In the event of non-payment within the deadline, the contract may be terminated after formal notice by email.
Protection of personal data
YELOMEX undertakes to process users' personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Belgian privacy law.

Scan of identity card or passport

Contact details of the accountant and of the beneficial owner
Purposes of processing

Administrative and contractual management of the services.

Communication with clients.
