Purpose of Processing:

YELOMEX provides registered office (domiciliation) services for companies. The company handles corporate mail and provides meeting room facilities for registered businesses.

Data Retention Period:

Data will be kept for a minimum of 5 years, as required by the Belgian Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing legislation.

Data Recipients:

Your data is intended for exclusive internal use. Our client files are not intended for disclosure to third parties for commercial use.
